We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Program Analyst to serve as a technical lead for programs in an Army rapid prototyping organization. In this role you will provide technical acquisition and program management support to Project Office leadership and assigned personnel in the development of advanced technology prototypes while supporting the development and execution of cutting-edge technologies for military modernization mission objectives. This role requires expertise in providing technical support up to the executive level in the areas of telecommunications system integration and innovation management with a strong focus on delivering high-performance deployable prototypes in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the direction of technical strategies and ensuring that prototyping initiatives align with U.S. Army priorities while meeting demanding timelines.
Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional teams of engineers designers and technical experts to develop test and deliver prototype systems and technologies.
- Collaborate with senior Army leadership engineers and other stakeholders to define project goals priorities and technical requirements.
- Support the design development and rapid iteration of prototypes ensuring that systems are fully functional manufacturable and scalable for field testing.
- Develop risk management plans and mitigation strategies ensuring technical obstacles are addressed proactively.
- Present complex technical information to senior military officials stakeholders and decision-makers in clear and concise terms.
- Drive process improvements to enhance the speed quality and cost-effectiveness of prototyping efforts.
- BS or BA degree
- 20 years of experience in technical management
- Experience with DoD acquisition programs and processes
- Experience with DoD rapid prototyping
- Must have an in-scope DoD Top Secret Security Clearance
