Job Description
Heat Pump Manager / Lead Engineer
Location: Hybrid Site Home and Office (Flexible)
Salary: Negotiable Company Van (personal use) Performance Bonuses
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Drive the Launch of a New Heat Pump Division.
Were partnering with a respected renewable energy firm with 16 years success in solar and EV. With strong investment and long-term backing theyre now launching their Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) divisionand they need a hands-on leader to take it forward.
This is your chance to step up into a senior role shape how things are done and grow a team around you.
The Role:

Lead ASHP projects from survey to commissioning

Build and manage a network of trusted subcontractors

Oversee installs quality and compliance
-
Stay hands-on where needed to keep standards high

Set department processes and influence strategy

Work closely with the Director on growth plans
What Were Looking For:

Proven ASHP installation experience (ideally domestic)

Confident overseeing multiple projects/sites
-
Comfortable with managing subcontractors
-
Gas Safe / FGAS / WRAS (or working towards)

A natural leader or engineer ready to step up

Full UK driving licence
