Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the UK warehouse including inbound/outbound management inventory audits and ensuring safe efficient and compliant operations.
- Manage regional delivery staff optimize routing plans to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
- Handle returns and after-sales repairs promptly taking full ownership of post-sales management.
- Lead warehouse and local delivery teams implement performance management and motivate staff effectively.
- Collaborate closely with logistics HR finance and customer service teams to address business needs and resolve issues proactively.
Requirements:
- College degree or above with fluency in both Chinese and English.
- 3 years of UK warehouse management experience preferably in cross-border e-commerce overseas warehousing or logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations regional driving deliveries and related compliance/safety regulations.
- Strong communication teamwork and a high sense of responsibility.
- Preferred: UK drivers license forklift certification or repair experience.
