Job Description

The Accounting Clerk plays a key role in maintaining and creating customer satisfaction for the business transaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Stocks in all new vehicles in to the dealer management system (CDK)
  • Maintains the status for vehicles in Dealer Daily
  • Files invoices and MCOs
  • Processes dealer trades and ensures the Key Trak system is organized and all key are accounted for
  • Scans all service repair orders and completed title work
  • Processes payment and cancellations for extended warranties through Assurant
  • Processes payments for Etch guard gap and other products sold by the finance department
  • Assists with booking deals posting for accounts payable receipting money and reconciling cash
  • Assists with other office duties and special projects as necessary
  • Maintains a professional appearance and neat work area
  • Other related duties as assigned
