NOW HIRING: CSA Homecare Floater East Side of Atlanta
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Location: East of Atlanta (Decatur Lithonia Conyers Stone Mountain etc.)
Flexible Hours Immediate Start Available

Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Homecare Floater to join our CSA Homecareteam. In this role you will provide in-home support services to clients as needed across various locations filling in for regularly scheduled staff when they are unavailable.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care assistance including bathing grooming dressing and toileting
Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Offer companionship and emotional support
Communicate effectively with clients families and care teams
Travel to different client homes based on daily or weekly assignments
Document care provided according to company procedures
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in homecare or healthcare
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service area
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must pass background check and health screening
