Position Overview
As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will serve as a technical expert for a high-impact team developing advanced electrical systems for DE and SDA platforms. You will guide design direction support cross-functional coordination and help foster a culture of excellence and innovation. This is a hands-on role ideal for a seasoned engineer who thrives in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment and is eager to drive critical systems to operational success.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
Oversee architecture design integration and validation of complex electrical systems.
Ensure system-level design quality compliance and innovation across engineering projects.
Make critical design decisions and contribute to high-impact technical solutions.
Project & Team Collaboration
Contribute to design reviews risk assessments and schedule alignment across concurrent programs.
Coordinate with software mechanical optical and systems engineering teams for full system integration.
Serve as a key technical interface to internal leadership vendors and external partners.
Operational Execution
Implement and maintain engineering best practices design standards and compliance protocols.
Guide vendor selection and component sourcing to meet technical budget and timeline goals.
Mentorship & Development
Support junior and mid-level engineers through technical guidance and informal mentorship.
Contribute to a team culture of continuous learning quality and collaboration.
Qualification Criteria
Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10 years of engineering experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
Demonstrated experience delivering complex electrical systems within dynamic project environments.
Deep expertise in electrical system architecture and design power electronics analog/digital circuits and control systems.
Proficiency in Altium SPICE MATLAB/Simulink and other modeling/simulation tools.
Familiarity with relevant industry standards (e.g. MIL-STD IPC UL).
Strong ability to manage priorities troubleshoot issues and communicate across functions.
