Job Description:
As the Site project Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the on-site activities of our high-rise construction projects. Working cross departmentally you will ensure the successful execution of projects from our doors to on-site. This ranges from planning to completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide on-site leadership and supervision ensuring high-rise construction projects are executed according to plans specifications and design intent.
Collaborate closely with in house project managers architects engineers and onsite subcontractors to ensure seamless project coordination and execution.
Oversee the daily activities of construction crews optimizing resource allocation and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
Manage project schedules proactively identify and address potential delays or conflicts and implement corrective measures as necessary.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
Provide accurate and timely progress reports to the project management team.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a Site Superintendent with expertise in high-rise construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies codes and regulations with a focus on sustainable building practices.
Familiarity with Building envelope systems and their integration into high-rise structures and ICI construction is highly desirable.
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire on-site personnel.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make informed decisions under pressure while withholding our Vision and communication.
Effective communication skills both verbal and written to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
