Job Description
Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Hospital
Location: Brockton MA
Salary: $28.50-$55.00/hour
Shift: 8-hour day shifts Monday-Friday
Sign-On Bonus: May be offered (to be discussed during interview)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated LICSW to provide comprehensive assessments and treatment coordination for patients affected by mental illness behavioral disturbances or substance abuse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments for adolescents and adults
- Assist with voluntary and emergency psychiatric admissions
- Coordinate inpatient admissions and refer to appropriate outpatient programs
- Support families and law enforcement during the admission process
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in community relations and continuous quality improvement
Qualifications:
- Active Massachusetts LICSW required
- Masters degree in Social Work required
- Minimum 2 years of psychiatric experience required
- Experience with both adolescent and adult patient populations
