As a Field Application Engineer here at Honeywell you will be at the forefront of driving the success of our products and solutions. You will play a crucial role in providing technical expertise and support to our Seller Channel Partners and customers helping them understand and implement our products in customers applications. Your deep understanding of our products and their applications will enable you to effectively communicate the value and benefits to our customers ultimately driving sales and revenue growth.

You will report directly to Sales Manager in Singapore and youll work at the Honeywell Bangkok office in Thailand.

In this role you will impact the customer experience by ensuring that our products are deployed effectively and meet the specific needs of our clients. Your expertise will be crucial in troubleshooting and resolving issues thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead customers to right sensor and switch solutions and support development and integration of Honeywell sensor and switch solutions in various customer applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers/Channel Partners/Honeywell Sellers
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster strong customer relationships
  • Engage in customer-facing activities analyze growth opportunities and product development needs
  • Coach on targeted product value propositions and review proposal activities
  • Resolve quality Issues for the regional customers and drive through right department for a successful resolution.
  • Responsible for Thailand and Vietnam market with Sellers in each country

Responsibilities

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science technology engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in application engineering/technical sales support
