Position: Content Moderator

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor and assess content to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines and standards.
- Conduct quality reviews with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Detect and report potential issues or policy breaches promptly.
- Offer feedback and suggestions to support the ongoing improvement of processes and policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native / fluent in German both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Previous experience in content moderation customer care and/or online business will be considered as an advantage
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
- Conscientious and reliable
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer focused with willingness to assist
- Team player.
