Job Title: Senior Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer
Location: Bahria Town Phase 7 Rawalpindi
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design development and deployment of intelligent systems that solve complex real-world problems. You will work on a broad range of AI technologiesincluding machine learning deep learning NLP and computer vision and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions from data processing to model deployment.
- Work on diverse AI domains including NLP computer vision recommendation systems and decision intelligence.
- Lead model experimentation optimization and evaluation using advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with data scientists engineers and product managers to integrate AI into applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AI research and translate cutting-edge advancements into production-grade tools.
- Ensure ethical and responsible AI use including bias detection and explainability.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI system architecture and strategy.
Requirements:
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or related field.
- 5 years of experience in AI/ML development including large-scale model deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Python deep learning frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow) and ML libraries.
- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools.
- Solid understanding of algorithms data structures and software engineering practices.
- Strong problem-solving analytical thinking and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with generative AI reinforcement learning or multimodal systems.
- Published research or open-source contributions in AI-related fields.
- Experience building AI products in sectors like healthcare finance retail or robotics.
