Main Duties:
- Handle general duties within the Groups Department and assist clients throughout the full group lifecycle from first contact to departure.
- Attend and assist in meetings with clients and suppliers both in and out of the office.
- Manage the booking and coordination of supplier services for group operations.
- Support management during group events and activities.
- Conduct internet and marketing research to identify new clients and business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure top service delivery.
- Perform other administrative and departmental tasks as required.
What skills do you need:
- Experience in a similar role within the tourism industry is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of additional languages especially German and/or French will be considered a strong advantage.
- Outgoing and dynamic personality.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and general internet use.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a vehicle.
Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
