Job Description

What Youll Do

  • Design deploy and maintain microwave and RF-based point-to-point network links
  • Collaborate with trading infrastructure and site teams to reduce latency between data centers
  • Perform link budget analysis antenna alignment and RF signal optimization
  • Work closely with vendors on site selection regulatory approvals and hardware integration
  • Tune monitor and troubleshoot RF links to maximize uptime and latency efficiency

What Were Looking For

  • Hands-on experience with microwave networking custom RF or line-of-sight wireless deployments
  • Proven track record in low-latency environments HFT telcos or latency-sensitive networking
  • Deep knowledge of routing/switching Linux networking and packet-level analysis (Wireshark tcpdump)
  • Familiarity with tools like Pathloss or spectrum planning tools is a plus

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to dark fiber optical transport or hybrid network design Experience working with vendors like Aviat Ceragon Ubiquiti or custom RF providers
  • Background in financial market infrastructure or electronic trading networks
