Your Contribution: Key Responsibilities

Furthermore youll contribute to the planning and execution of account strategies designed to maximize revenue and client success.
  • Project Leadership & Delivery: Manage the full scope of digital projects ensuring strict adherence to timelines budgetary constraints and quality benchmarks. You will coordinate extensively with internal departmentsincluding sales marketing and technical teamsto deliver premier solutions. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deliverables will be essential to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze performance data from campaigns and projects to furnish clients with valuable insights and recommendations for enhancement. Youll prepare periodic reports and present findings to stakeholders to facilitate informed data-driven decisions.
  • Proactive Problem Resolution: Swiftly and effectively address client concerns and operational hurdles. You will mediate between client expectations and our internal capabilities always striving for mutually beneficial outcomes.

  • Essential Language Skills: You must communicate fluently and professionally in German when interacting with clients and German-speaking internal teams. English proficiency is required for internal reporting and wider team collaboration.

Who Were Seeking: Candidate Profile

  • Bilingual Capability: Native or near-native German proficiency (C2 level) is mandatory alongside strong English skills (at least B2 level).
  • Academic Background: A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related discipline.
