Think Tell Junction We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Support Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this dynamic role you will be the voice of our company directly interacting with clients to address their inquiries resolve their issues and enhance their overall experience with our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to relevant departments.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for future reference.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and suggest improvements to customer processes.
- Conduct follow-up calls with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to listen and empathize.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
