What Youll Do
As a Plumbing Service Technician youll be responsible for diagnosing repairing and installing plumbing systems with a focus on quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Diagnose and repair water heaters fixtures faucets drains and piping
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction with every service call
- Maintain a clean organized work area and service vehicle
- Arrive on time prepared and professionally presented
- Clean up after jobs respecting the customers home is a must
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a high quality of workmanship
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a residential plumbing service technician
- Proficiency with plumbing repairs and installations
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Possession of all necessary hand tools
- Valid Florida drivers license with clean driving record
- Must be 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
