Key Responsibilities
As a Superintendent youll be on the front lines of project executionresponsible for site coordination schedule adherence safety enforcement and quality assurance.
Lead day-to-day on-site construction operations
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades
Manage schedules inspections materials and logistics
Maintain safe clean and well-organized job sites
Conduct and document progress meetings
Collaborate with the Project Manager on budgets cost controls and contracts
Ensure compliance with safety standards SWPPP and company protocols
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of ground-up construction especially Big Box Retail or Grocery
Walmart project experience is a major plus
Comfortable with scheduling quality control subcontractor management
OSHA 30 Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire)
SWPPP Certification (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office; WRIKE and FieldWire familiarity a bonus
Strong communication leadership and organizational skills
Willingness to travel and manage out-of-town projects as needed
