Job Description
A growing mortgage company is seeking an experienced Mortgage Processing Manager to lead its processing department. This full-time leadership role involves overseeing daily operations mentoring a team and ensuring loan files are processed accurately efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee daily workflow and productivity of the mortgage processing department
Train manage and mentor a team of mortgage processors to ensure consistent high-quality performance
Monitor loan pipelines to maintain smooth progression and timely document collection
Collaborate with loan officers underwriters and closers to resolve issues and maintain service-level standards
Implement and refine processes to streamline workflows and enhance the borrower experience
Ensure compliance with investor and regulatory requirements throughout the loan process
Track analyze and report on department performance metrics
Ideal Qualifications:
Must have mortgage processing or mortgage industry experience
Proven leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of mortgage loan products processing requirements and compliance regulations
Strong problem-solving organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze workflows and implement process improvements
Familiarity with mortgage loan origination and processing systems
This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional ready to take ownership of a high-performing team and contribute to the continued growth of the organization.
Salary: $100k - $130k/Year
