The Mentoring Manager at BYU-Pathway Worldwide plays a key role in supporting student retention and progress across EnglishConnect PathwayConnect and Certificate and Degree programs. This role is focused on operational delivery and continuous improvement of mentoring systems practices and partnerships. The manager oversees the mentoring team and third-party mentoring providers to ensure students reach critical retention milestones particularly those at risk of dropping out. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment and Retention the Mentoring Manager translates strategy into practice manages staff performance and monitors key metrics that drive persistence matriculation and completion.
This full-time position typically works (Monday Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm). This position is a hybrid position

(60%) Lead Mentoring Operations to Improve Retention and Completion Outcomes
Serve as primary liaison to Springboard mentoring staff ensuring alignment on training communication and execution.
(40%) Collaborate and Report on Key Retention Milestones
Education:
Bachelors degree in a related field required masters preferred.
Experience:
Minimum five years of professional experience in mentoring student success counseling social work coaching or related fields. Prior leadership experience in a student support setting is essential. Experience working with diverse and at-risk populations is strongly preferred.
