Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Production cum Service Engineer with strong technical knowledge in mechanical and plastics engineering. The role involves commissioning of supplied equipment coordinating with customers and factory teams and providing after-sales service and training. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering machinery along with good customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle commissioning of supplied equipment with sound knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Coordinate with customers to ensure availability of utilities before equipment installation.
Plan and confirm customer visits (on-site/phone) before commissioning work.
Work closely with factory staff to align resources and activities for smooth commissioning.
Provide maintenance and operation training to customers post-commissioning.
Conduct regular customer visits or follow-ups for after-sales service and support.
Address customer queries resolve technical issues and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Maintain service reports documentation and updates for internal records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical or Plastic Technology.
Minimum 1 year of experience in an engineering/manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Hands-on experience in equipment installation commissioning and servicing.
Good communication and coordination skills for customer interaction.
Ability to travel for customer visits and service requirements.
Problem-solving attitude with customer-centric approach.
