About the Role
As aSenior Client Project Managerwithin Pageros Global Projects team you will lead the end-to-end implementation of e-invoicing solutions for large multinational clients. Youll manage 68 concurrent projects of varying complexity ensuring delivery within scope on time and within budget.
You will coordinate cross-functional teamsincluding sales technical consultants product development and other departmentsacross North America and Europe. Your role will be pivotal in aligning internal efforts with client expectations maintaining strong communication and driving successful outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading cross-functional project teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborating with clients to define project scope goals and deliverables.
Managing project plans timelines budgets and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitoring progress and adjusting plans as needed to meet objectives.
Ensuring all project documentation is accurate up to date and properly stored.
Applying industry best practices and methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
You are a proactive organized and results-driven project manager with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment and are skilled at managing multiple priorities across global teams.
Your qualifications include:
Experience managing customer-facing projects ideally in a global or multinational context.
Experience with e-invoicing or ERP implementations is a strong advantage.
Proven ability to lead projects across multiple time zones and cultures.
Strong communication skillsboth written and verbalwith the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Fluency in French is a plus.
