We are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager who will be responsible for the specification and sales of Lintels and associated items covering the Essex area; including Chelmsford Stevenage and Cambridge.
Your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Establish manage and maintain relationships with current and target customers; Builders Merchants House-Builders Contractors Brickwork Contractors and Specifiers;
- Contribute to and deliver Business Development Plans for relevant key accounts;
- Manage a project pipeline ensuring schedules and quotes are created within agreed timeframes and all opportunities are tracked and closed;
- Retain and improve market position via sales of Lintels and associated items;
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of the company our products and our services;
- Update on a daily basis the companys CRM tool.
What we are looking for in you
This position is ideally suited to a highly driven individual who has solid knowledge of the building material / construction sector.
We are looking for someone able to build strong relationships and demonstrate a through the wall attitude for our customers.
You must be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Full clean driving licence required.
