Talent Acquisition Specialist
In-Office
Vaughan ON (with occasional US travel)
$80000 - $85000 Plus benefits bonus and other perks

Ready to grow your career in a fast-paced innovative environment A leading structural steel and industrial manufacturing company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape its future by bringing top talent on board. Experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is a must.
About the Role:
As part of the HR team youll manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a standout candidate experience. Youll play a key role in building teams that drive projects across Ontario and the US.
What Youll Do:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies
Source candidates through job boards social media & networking
Build talent pipelines for current and future needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Coordinate interviews manage candidate communications & support onboarding
Track and analyze recruitment data to improve processes
What Were Looking For:
5 years in recruiting talent acquisition
Industry experience in construction or manufacturing is a must
Bachelors degree in HR Business or related field
Strong communication & organizational skills
Comfort with applicant tracking systems and social recruiting tools
Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
