Job Description
Our Store Manager isresponsible for providing amazing customer service and utilizing our specializedsales process weekly inventory counts coaching and developing staffplanning and marketing special events and social media.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide amazing customer-centricexperiences for all guests.
- Utilize our specializedsales process to achieve personal and company goals
- Merchandise the store andmaintaina clean professional appearance
- Keep accurate weekly inventory counts
- Developand coach staff to reach store performance expectations
- Network to developprofessional relationships with local business for cross promotion.
- Day to day operationsof a retail store: scheduling payroll hour reports hiring training
