Position Summary
The Executive Assistant to the Dean provides outstanding proactive and highly professional administrative support to the Dean of the Sturm College of Law. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following principal tasks among others: (1) anticipating managing prioritizing and facilitating the Deans communications (e-mail and phone) calendar schedule and workflow with the goal of advancing the work of the Dean in an efficient and effective manner; (2) facilitating prompt responsive clear and professional communications between the Deans Suite and other stakeholders; (3) collaborating with other members of the Deans Suite in advancing the work and mission of the Sturm College of Law; and (4) effectively advancing and completing a variety of special projects in support of the Deans priorities. The successful candidate should be skilled at communication collaboration prioritization multitasking and project management and consistently model professionalism sound judgment thoroughness speed teamwork attention to detail and a commitment to respectful engagement inclusion and customer service.

The salary grade for the position is 10.
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $62000-$72000
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate departmental budget availability internal salary equity considerations and available market information but not based on a candidates sex or any other protected status.
