Qualifications:
- Strong drive to learn and grow as a professional in the hospitality industry
- Positive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Service and teamwork-focused mindset
- Knowledgeable in industry best practices and food safety and sanitation practices
- Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit
- Current Food Worker Permit
Think of this as your springboard to becoming a General Manager. AGMs at ESR are members of our management team and are compensated accordingly with expectations of a standard 45 hour work week.
This is a Non-exempt Hourly Management role and does not participate in tip sharing. (potential earnings of $70K-$75K annually)
ESR does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
