Treasury Operations Analyst

OPPORTUNITY HAPPENS HERE REALIZE YOURS
Alongside the best and the brightest you will regularly:
Initiate cross-functional analytical processes for individual items and issues to solve underlying trends and prevent future occurrences.
Perform independent analysis to maintain partner standards for reconciliation issue resolution and escalate when necessary to ensure compliance.
Drive internal process improvement and efficiency objectives.
Generate and report required metrics to internal stakeholders as assigned.
Partner with the Investment Operations team to execute strategy in coordination and partnership with our clients.
Reconcile HSA custodial bank accounts and provide deliverables in an accurate and timely fashion.
Work within a team to leverage Excel and SQL-based internal tools to accomplish large and complex projects with company-wide impacts.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT
Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers risk-takers and innovative thinkers. As a Treasury Operations Analyst these skills are essential for success:
Abilities: Strong Excel knowledge is required (i.e. Pivot tables/Vlookups/IF statements etc.). SQL or VBA knowledge preferred.
Experience: 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
Education: Bachelors degree in accounting Business Administration Economics Finance or another related field required.
Location: 25% in office in either our Boston MA; Maitland FL; Milwaukee WI locations
