Clinic Manager
Canary Wharf Permanent Full Time
Salary - Dependent on experience
40 hours per week
We are currently looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to take day-to-day ownership of the corporate onsite clinic at Barclays (Canary Wharf) as well as Glasgow and other potential opportunities upcomin.
Nuffield Health have recently been awarded the contract to deliver onsite GP services to Barclays employees starting April 2020. This service builds upon our existing relationship with Barclays that includes an onsite fitness facility in their Canary Wharf office.
The opportunity
The Clinic Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the onsite GP service which will comprise of two full-time GPs. With 19000 eligible employeeshaving access to the service it will be a demanding role managing a busyClinic.
This is an excitingopportunity that will see the role holderworking closely with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure that this new high-profile contract isa success. The Clinic Manager will report into the Programme Director.
The role holder will be pivotal in the mobilisation and successful delivery of the service making sure that operational pathways and processes are as efficient as possible to support out GPs in delivering a high quality service.
This contract sees Nuffield Health working closely with Doctor Care Anywhere who will be providing aVirtual GP services to Barclays employees.
The person
To succeed as a Clinic Manager you will need:
- To be highly organised
- To be proficient at building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders in particular to be confident at presenting in front of corporate stakeholders
- To have line management experience
- To have workingknowledge of private GP services and the Vi-System
- To be confident in data analysis
