We are looking for a highly motivated VP Finance (f/d/m)to strategically lead and scale our Finance function through CEEZERs ambitious growth.

We are looking for a highly motivated VP Finance (f/d/m)to strategically lead and scale our Finance function through CEEZERs ambitious growth.
YOUR MISSION
- Develop and execute CEEZERs financial strategy in alignment with our overall business goals and objectives.
- Own the overall financial management and reporting of the business including creating consolidated financial statements in collaboration with external advisors maturing and steering budgeting cash flow management financial planning and analysis and liquidity management.
- Lead the development and monitoring of key performance metrics including regular reporting to shareholders.
- Support future financing rounds and maintain strong relationships with investors for both debt and equity.
- Lead the structuring negotiation management and monitoring of structured debt facilities including reporting and risk management and relationship management with lenders.
- Consult and collaborate closely with other members of the executive team for strategic initiatives as a part of the leadership team.
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team fostering a culture of collaboration innovation and excellence.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Proven experience as a CFO VP of Finance or in a senior financial leadership role within a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment including a track record post-Series A.
- Outstanding hands-on knowledge of financial management cash flow management debt and investor relations.
- Visionary leadership and a track record of building and leading successful finance teams.
- Excellent reliable network in the European and/or US financial sector.
- Hands-on mentality and demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent analytical strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Masters or MBA degree in finance accounting or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required German is a plus.
- A valid working permit in Germany.
