Relocation assistance available
Salary: $40$50/hour ($80000$100000 annually commensurate with experience)
Benefits: Medical and dental benefits company vehicle pension plan potential profit-sharing and up to $3000 signing bonus/relocation for out-of-province candidates
Work Schedule: MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM with on-call shifts About Us:

The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Refrigeration Technician to join our team. In this role you will perform maintenance repair and installation of refrigeration systems ensuring top-notch service for our clients. You will also mentor at least one apprentice sharing your expertise to help grow the next generation of technicians.

- Diagnose repair and maintain commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and ensure systems operate efficiently
- Mentor and guide apprentice technicians
- Respond to on-call service requests as part of a rotating schedule
- Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with clients
- Valid Refrigeration Technician license
- Red Seal certification required for out-of-province candidates
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Competitive salary of $80000$100000/year ($40$50/hour) based on experience
