Job Summary
- 2 years Experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (sealed system refrigeration cooking cleaning laundry)
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen criminal background check and drivers license check
- Willing to be enthusiastic and customer service focused
- Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
- Being bilingual is a plus
- Accurately diagnose and repair home appliances
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively - with customers tech support dispatch routing and management.
- Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion
- Ability to work both independently and on a team
- Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge
- Technical/Mechanical Aptitude
- Dispatch from your home to customer locations in order to repair residential home appliances
- Process transactions related to the in-home repairs
- Collect payments issue receipts and electronically process repair records customer data and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop.

- We have a fully stocked warehouse with a huge inventory supported and fulfilled by the nations two largest appliance parts distributors.
- We do in-office part pre-screens and we pre-order parts for the majority of calls run by our field technicians.
- We are paperless and all service orders and data are done electronically.
