Your Westpac Grad Journey
- Youll step into a permanent Graduate role starting February 2026.
- Experience a 12 18 or 24-month rotational journey depending on your program.
- Be supported by a dedicated network of peers leaders and mentors.

Eligibility
We welcome applications from those:
- In their final year of university study or who completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within the past three years.
- Australian or New Zealand citizens or Australian Permanent Residents.
