- Multiple full Time 12 month fixed term roles
- Geelong office location with flexible hybrid working (3 day office attendance required)

About the role
Due to ongoing transformational programs aimed at enhancing client outcomes and streamlining processes we are seeking talented Business Analysts to join our Enterprise Transformation Division.
In these roles you will support a variety of projects by conducting comprehensive analysis activities that include business case development requirements elicitation requirements management process analysis process modelling process designing and reengineering solution validation and overall project implementation support.
You will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that our initiatives deliver value enhance the client experience and align with the overall TAC strategy.

Reporting to the Manager Analysis Design and Delivery you will be joining a dedicated team focused on driving positive change across the organisation. The team values creativity and innovative thinking and engages with diverse stakeholders fosters collaborative relationships and promotes a high performing work culture.
What were looking for
Strong analytical skills and extensive business analysis experience within a project environment
Proven experience in business analysis functions including planning requirements development and management and solution validation
Experience working Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
You will have a solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Using this expertise to ensure successful outcomes.
Process Mapping & Process Re-engineering
A strong background in process modelling mapping and re-engineering. An ability to analyse and improve business processes creating detailed process maps and implementing effective process engineering strategies to optimise end to end process.
Demonstrated Interpersonal & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders are essential.
- Experience identifying and negotiating change across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- This role will see you engaging with project teams management and external partners fostering collaboration and commitment to project goals while considering the needs and interests of all parties involved.
