The Company
Our client is a national principal building contractor with an impressive customer base and a real focus on their staff. They adopt the philosophy that looking after their own well will improve customer experience. A key part of their impressive turnover projections is industrial projects for national brands in and around Brisbane.
The Role
As the Project Manager you will be responsible for leading large teams on Industrial projects up to $40m in value.
About You
You will be an industrial specialist passionate about the product you deliver with an in depth understanding of the materials and methodology. High volume concrete pours burnished floors steel frame tilt panel structure etc..
Safety will be your number 1 priority and your ability to run a well programmed organised tidy site will be the lead indicator for your success with both safety and program targets.
You will have experience leading teams of 10 direct staff and develop a culture that is fine tuned for success. Your leadership traits will bring the best out of your team members and subcontractors alike.
You will have extensive experience building large (30000 m2) industrial warehouses with large hardstands. You will know the sub-contractor base for this sector in the local market well and understand what the client values as quality in that space.
