Join our team as an On-Call Animal Control Officer!Are you passionate about animals and looking to earn extra incomeOur organization is seeking a dedicated individual with a background in farming or veterinary care. This role is ideal for those who excel in sensitive situations and wish to make a difference in the up to 20 hours a week and turn your passion into a rewarding today and help ensure the safety and well-being of animals in our care!Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with animal behavior and control laws
- Ability to work independently and build positive relationships with the public and veterinary community
- Valid drivers license
- Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in report preparation
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and traumatic situations involving harmed or distressed animals with integrity compassion and professionalism
- Part-time evening shift with the possibility of overnights as needed
- On call
- No more than 20 hours per week
- On the road
