Job Description
The PIH Health Talent Sourcer will drive the daily execution and strategy of sourcing talent for PIH. This role will be critical to the success of identifying the talent needed to meet PIH Healths hiring needs. The Talent Sourcer will be support recruiting efforts by partnering with our Talent Acquisition team to understand open roles identify and screen passive candidates.

Required Skills
- Partner with the recruiting team to understand open roles priorities and processes
- Executes initial screening and assessing of candidates; identifies and gathers information (e.g. ability to hire relocation compensation) to qualify talent pool.
- Improve pipelines through multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn Boolean searches healthcare associations & groups and other creative search techniques)
- On a weekly basis track analyze and share pipeline and performance data with recruitment team.
- Provides information on the company its policies benefits etc. to prospective candidates.
