Position Summary:
The Human Resourced team of Rice University is seeking a HR Records Analyst to analyze Human Resources transactions for correctness and enter new or changed information into the HR Information System. This position will work closely with department administrators/Human Capital Management Initiators (HCMIs) Payroll Benefits and other campus partners to resolve issues and advise on routine Human Resources record/data questions.
In addition the HR Records Analyst will maintain/organize personnel transactions to ensure current and accurate employee fields assist in regular data audit projects and provide metrics on employment data.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses exceptional time management organizational and attention-to-detail abilities coupled with a proactive and service-oriented mindset. Workplace Requirements:For the first six months this position will be fully on-site with all duties performed in person at Rice University. Following this period the hiring team will evaluate the potential for a hybrid work arrangement that balances on-campus presence with remote flexibility to support collaboration. In accordance with Rice Policy 440 all work arrangements are subject to change.
Hourly Hiring Salary Range: $20.00 to $21.00
