Title: Development Analyst
Contracts: Permanent Full-Time
Hours:37.5 hours per week
Reporting Office:Stratford London
Persona: Agile/hybrid office based 20-40%
Salary: Starting from 34527 per annum depending on experience

Join our Performance & Policy Team at L&Q!
We are looking for a Development Analyst to support our Development & Sales Division in delivering new homes. The purpose of the role is to support the Division by capturing and refreshing processes and standard operating procedures and by preparing and producing the Divisions regular performance reports.
The postholder also will play a key role in providing timely and accurate Management Information and participating in the analysis of the Divisions performance data. The postholder will report to the Senior Development Analyst within the Development Support Team which itself is positioned within the broader Development & Sales Division.

Your Impact in the Role:
- Central to the role is the ability to write new or revise existing Divisional Policies Procedures and Guidelines providing clarity to operational teams and ensuring consistency in the delivery of Development & Sales functions.
- The successful candidate will also prepare data from multiple sources to illustrate and contextualise Development & Sales actual performance against Corporate and Divisional KPIs and produce regular performance reports to senior Divisional Leadership.
- To discharge both of these functions the postholder must be able to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships within the Division and across the wider business.
What Youll Bring:
To excel in this role youll need:
- Be able to create new or undertake reviews of existing policies and procedures relating to development work in housing or a similarly challenging business environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret quantify and summarise information from multiple sources
- Have knowledge of and experience in using PowerBI or similar data visualisation tools.
- Have a track record of building effective working relationships both internally and externally
- Be able to work as part of a team and to work collaboratively
