Were on the lookout for a Service Video Advisor/ Internal Service Advisorwhos part concierge part traffic controller part customer service rockstar! If youre friendly focused and love the sound of a smooth-running engine (and the satisfaction of a job well done) you might be exactly who were looking for.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Cleanliness of service department
- Service department support when and where required
- Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
- Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
- Creation of internal work orders for new vehicle stock
- Collaboration with customer facing service advisors
Requirements:
- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract.
Wage Range: $16.40 - $18.50 / Hour
