About the role:

As a Technical Delivery Lead youll play a key role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that address complex operational challenges. From initial architecture to deployment and support youll lead the technical delivery process in partnership with your team and stakeholders.

Youll work closely with cross-functional teamsdevelopers engineers analystsand with clients to ensure solutions are reliable scalable and aligned to business goals. Projects typically span 1230 weeks offering variety and opportunities to make an impact.

This is a collaborative leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with strategic thinking.

What youll do:

• Lead the technical delivery of AI and digital transformation projects from design to deployment and ongoing support.
• Guide agile multi-disciplinary teams to deliver application and platform-based solutions aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with clients to define technical requirements ensure architectural soundness and manage delivery expectations.
• Translate business challenges into system architecture integrating new technologies where appropriate (e.g. cloud-native services event-driven platforms).
• Implement and enforce best-practice SDLC processes CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment standards.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing mentoring and continuous improvement within the team.
• Proactively identify delivery risks and work with the team to manage them effectively.
• Support pre-sales engagements and solution shaping activities contributing technical insight to proposals and roadmaps.

This role can be based in Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane.

What youll bring:

• 8 years of experience in software or platform delivery with a focus on operational or enterprise systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams and working in agile environments.
• Strong technical background in software architecture cloud infrastructure (AWS Azure GCP) and integration design.
• Deep understanding of agile delivery frameworks and lean product development approaches.
• Hands-on experience managing SDLC processes including code review practices branching models DevOps and CI/CD tooling.
• Experience delivering cloud-native applications or microservices at scale.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to engage business and technical audiences alike.
• Experience working with third-party vendors internal client teams and external delivery partners.

This role may require occasional domestic or international travel.
