As a third-party management company we take pride in maintaining properties that people love to call home. Were currently looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team and help oversee one or more properties ensuring they remain safe functional and beautifully maintained.
Position Summary:
The Facilities Manager plays a critical role in the day-to-day maintenance operations of assigned properties. Under the guidance of the Regional Facilities Manager youll work closely with Association Managers and maintenance staff to coordinate repairs manage third-party service providers and ensure the properties are functioning at their highest standardall while maintaining compliance with safety regulations and budget guidelines.
What Youll Do:
  • Manage all maintenance activities across one or more properties
  • Assign oversee and assist with work orders in property management software
  • Coordinate and supervise third-party vendors per approved budgets
  • Ensure building systems are serviced and inspected per preventative maintenance schedules (e.g. HVAC elevators fire systems irrigation etc.)
  • Conduct regular maintenance inspections and document findings
  • Track expenses procure materials and maintain equipment inventory
  • Support the annual maintenance budget process including capital project planning
  • Communicate professionally with residents board members and service providers
  • Participate in emergency on-call rotation and other assigned projects
What Were Looking For:
3 years of experience in facilities property management or building maintenance
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC plumbing fire/life safety elevators etc.)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with multiple departments
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with property management software
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
Valid drivers license
High school diploma or equivalent (vocational training preferred)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in residential property management hospitality maintenance or engineering
  • Prior experience managing direct reports or leading maintenance teams
Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular standing walking lifting (up to 75 lbs with assistance) climbing and exposure to varying indoor/outdoor conditions. The position may involve working in awkward or tight spaces as needed.
