Job Description
- Lead the Way: Assist with payroll payroll taxes and employee benefits in the human resources information system (HRIS)
- Collaborate:
- Work with the Payroll team to prepare review and submit both bi-weekly non-exempt and semi-monthly exempt payrolls
- Work with the Accounting team on month end activities
- Work with HR as time allows on various HR initiatives
- Drive Success: Youll help streamline our processes and facilitate an environment where our employees thrive
- Passion and Expertise:The successful candidate will have an understanding of payroll & benefits
- Creative Problem-Solver:
- Ability to confidentially help research payroll discrepancies
- Ability to use HRIS resources to resolve system errors
- Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Education and Experience:
- Must have high school diploma
- payroll experience is preferred
