Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic Hospital Medicine healthcare team at Iberia Medical Center located at 2315 East Main Street New Iberia LA 70560 (Iberia Parish).
The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital medicine and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to assess diagnose and treat patients.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for patients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
Provide medication management and monitor patient responses to treatments.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health record systems.

Experience in a hospital medicine setting
Qualified applicant needs at least 1 year of previous NP experience.
