Job Description

Junior Estate Agents Apprenticeship role at Cray & Norton Estate Agents


As a Junior Estate Agent Apprentice youll gain hands-on experience in the property industry while working towards a recognised qualification. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in estate agency with plenty of room to grow and learn in a supportive environment.


Apprenticeship Overview:


  • Salary:11778 per year
  • Working Week: Monday - 9am - 5pm Wednesday 9am - 5pm Friday 9am - 5pm (1 hour lunch) Saturday 9am - 3.30pm (1/2 hour lunch)
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Hours: 30hours per week
  • Level 2 Junior Estate Apprenticeship standard qualification
  • Online training and support by our dedicated tutors
  • Address: 332 Lower Addiscombe Road Croydon CR0 6RF



Duties:


  • Assist in the sale and letting of residential or commercial properties
  • Conduct property viewings and accompany clients
  • Register new applicants and match them with suitable properties
  • Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants via phone email and in person
  • Support with listing new properties including taking photos and creating marketing materials
  • Liaise with landlords tenants buyers and vendors
  • Update and maintain property databases and CRM systems
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Shadow experienced agents to gain industry knowledge
