Job Requirement Details
ANSYSGT-SUITESTAR-CCM
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize thermal management systems for vehicle components
- Reliability and longevity evaluations of batteries power electronics and electric motors
Requirements:
- Thermal Simulation tools like ANSYS GT-SUITE and STAR-CCM
- Thermal simulations to evaluate and enhance the performance of cooling and heating systems under different operating conditions
- Build and Analyze heat transfer and cooling requirements
- Assessing the effectiveness of components like radiators heat exchangers and HVAC systems
- Optimize battery thermal for performance enhanced battery life and enhance vehicle range under various real world conditions
