Job Summary:
This role is for a Cath Lab Technician with a minimum of two years of experience in a Cath Lab setting. The technician will perform a variety of procedures and tasks related to cardiac catheterization patient care and equipment operation. The position requires proficiency in various special procedures and the use of specialized equipment. ACLS and BCLS certifications are mandatory.

Responsibilities:
- Performing cardiac catheterizations.
- Administering procedural sedation.
- Administering blood and blood products.
- Performing cardioversion/defibrillation.
- Removing sheaths.
- Inserting and managing PICC/central lines Port-A-Cath and other vascular devices.
- Performing biopsies (GI/GU/Renal peripheral vascular).
- Circulating scrubbing and recording during procedures.
- Providing patient care before and after procedures including patients with acute MI.
- Managing and maintaining specialized equipment.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum two years of Cath Lab experience.
- ACLS certification.
- BCLS certification.
- Ability to float to other facilities.
- Knowledge of acute MI interventional and pre/post-procedural patient care.
