Description:
- Resolve application issues client communications and actively engage in support and operations
- Respond to trouble/support calls for applications in production in order to make quick repair to keep application running in production
- Actively participate in all Agile ceremonies. Participate in all team ceremonies including planning grooming product demonstration and team retrospectives.
- Understand and utilize DevOps tool stack to build inspect deploy test and promote new or updated features.
- Create or Update documentation in support of development efforts. Ex: detailed specifications implementation guides architecture diagrams or design documents.
- Work with product owners and other development team members to determine new features and user stories needed.
- Familiar with other cloud services like azure or gcp.
- Good Communication and Articulation skills
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking
- Prior Identity and Access Management experience
- Experience with customer support
- Experience writing technical documentation and providing guidance to other teams.
- Excel proficiency
- Experience using tools like Jira Confluence MyServices etc
