Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse - ICU. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Rockford IL 61103
Assignment Start Date: 7/11/2025
13 weeks Days 12-Hour shift 36 Hours per week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments by approved nursing techniques policies and procedures standards of care and State laws/practice acts.
- Documents according to the standards of care.
- Develops initiates and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient as prescribed by the Physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction.
- Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities which may include shared governance.
- Utilizes clinical expertise & guidance to other units/departments in support of the patients longitudinal plan of care.
- Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to the appropriate chain of command.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have experience with Neuro Cardiac and Vent
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Current IL RN licensure is required. BLS/BCLS ACLS and NIHSS certifications are required.
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: Days 7A-7P. Will require every other weekend & holiday and 12-hour shifts
Float Requirement: Travel RN may be required to float to the Step-Down ICU unit.
Vaccinations: must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu vaccine.
