Job Description
Job Title: Interim Acute Care Services Manager
Job Location: Lamar CO
Job Type: Contract
Job Description:
- Provides leadership and direction of nursing staff by identifying needs and offering encouragement for professional growth.
- Ensures safety and comfort of patients and health and safety of employees assigned to the unit.
- Provides assistance and input with administrative duties as assigned. Works closely with ancillary support services to provide and promote the appropriate working environment.
- Medical/Surgical/SCU Manager reports directly to the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Mental: Ability to perform effectively in stressful situations. Ability to adjust and interact with a wide variety of job situations involving many different people and projects.
- Physical: Involves walking lifting standing and sitting. Possible exposure to blood and body fluids and communicable disease/illness.
