Position / Specialty Shift: 4x10s Days Ratio: 3:1 Types of Cases REQ: Scrub/Monitor cardiac diagnostic & PCI. Prefer experience in structural heart. Experience with Epic and GE MacLab Years of experience REQ: 2 years First-timers accepted: Y Weekend REQ: every other weekend on call National Certs REQ: IEMA BLS REQ: Y Is on-call REQ Y What is the req On call obligations are up to 2 days per week and every other weekend. Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs Yes within service line and scope Floating Req to Sister Facilities: No Open to accommodating block schedule No Locals accepted: No - 75 mile radius Pending State License accepted: Y RTO Restrictions: 7 days per 13 week contract Guaranteed Hours: 8 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week 10 Rule: 40.00 hours per 1 week Comments 40 hours per week 4x10s Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Acute Care Hospital Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Total Staffed Beds: 422 Scrub Color: Scrubs provided Charting: EPIC Parking Cost: None CO
